Aims to increase capacity for minority-owned businesses by removing obstacles through entrepreneurial mentorship and business education, creating a solid foundation for success. This is accomplished by equipping participants with strong business fundamentals to tackle obstacles to capacity growth and provides each participant with a 1-year commitment mentoring relationship with a Jandernoa Entrepreneurial Mentor.

Offers participants an overview of fundamental business principles as well as dedicated one-on-one support. By graduation, participants should understand their business model, target market, and business financials. We provide accountability as participants formally register their business, create budgets and systems of bookkeeping, and write a business plan.

Graduated companies also receive additional benefits, discounts, and introductions to pre-selected vendors and partners dedicated to helping Minority-Affiliated construction companies learn to grow and sustain their businesses.
