This is accomplished by equipping participants with strong business fundamentals to tackle obstacles to capacity growth and provides each participant with a 1-year commitment mentoring relationship with a Jandernoa Entrepreneurial Mentor.

By graduation, participants should understand their business model, target market, and business financials. We provide accountability as participants formally register their business, create budgets and systems of bookkeeping, and write a business plan.
