Helping founders find community and connections
A 6-month, 100+ hour hands-on program for leaders of employment social enterprises (ESEs)—mission-driven businesses that employ people overcoming barriers to employment (justice system involvement, homelessness, addiction). Two leaders from each ESE participate per cohort. Teaches business development, experiment design, employee success program design, and financial sustainability. Upon completion, each enterprise receives a $20,000 unrestricted grant. Since 2016: 185+ ESE leaders supported across the U.S.
