The Massachusetts APEX Accelerator (formerly PTAC), hosted by MassMEP, is a federally funded program providing free marketing and procurement assistance to Massachusetts businesses seeking to win government contracts at the federal, state, and local levels. Services include workshops, one-on-one counseling, a BidMatch notification service, and compliance guidance.
