A free, month-long program to empower and educate aspiring Atlanta-based angel investors as well as provide a pathway to investing in startups led by diverse founders.
Key Information
- This program is for professionals that either qualify to be an accredited investor or expect to qualify in the next three years based on the following criteria:
- **Accredited Investors**
- **Income Criteria:** An individual with an annual income exceeding $200,000 (or $300,000 together with a spouse) in each of the last two years and expects to maintain the same level of income.
- **Net Worth Criteria:** An individual with a net worth exceeding $1 million, either alone or together with a spouse, excluding the value of the person’s primary residence.
- **Professional Criteria:** Individuals who hold certain professional certifications or designations, or who are knowledgeable employees of a private fund.
