A $10 million federally-funded regional program led by TEDCO providing comprehensive business resources to socially and economically disadvantaged individuals (SEDI) and very small businesses (<10 employees) across MD, DC, VA, and DE. Includes dedicated advisors, CDFI technical assistance, legal services, financial literacy, back-office support, and a Proposal Lab for government contracting.
