A free 12-week virtual program for established CEOs with $500K or more in annual revenue who are ready to scale. Accepts 8-12 participants per cohort, running January through April. Delivered in partnership with Impact Principals. Participants receive the SCALE book (cost: $30) as part of the curriculum. Focused on strategic growth, leadership, and operational excellence. Also offered at bwtech@UMBC North campus.
