Offers support to our BIPOC and women-owned businesses, entrepreneurs, start-ups, and peers to receive advising or counseling services from our network partners or in-house business advisors.

In addition to leadership opportunities and a behind-the-scenes purview of our work, Leadership Fellows receive monthly opportunities for support and fellowship, personal and professional development, strategic connections with other women of color, and professional references as needed.
