Dynamic leadership development program aimed at cultivating leadership skills, identifying emerging leaders, and enhancing the capabilities of existing leaders. Participants will gain insight into their unique leadership styles and develop a deeper understanding of their strengths and areas for growth as leaders.
Key Information
- The program kicks off with an orientation that transforms a group of individuals into a cohesive network of empowered community leaders. Each month, participants dedicate one day to exploring a specific leadership topic, coupled with a visit to a local organization. The program culminates in a graduation ceremony held at Darke County Economic Development’s Fall Mixer.
