9 months leadership training program for everyone who wants to be great at collaboration! Current and emerging leaders practice community problem-solving and learn first-hand how people are working together on local issues.
Key Information
- Primary Program Elements Leadership Development:
- participants will selfassess and build skills in five key leadership competencies: collaboration, selfawareness, cultural competence, conflict management and adaptability.
- Community KnowledgeBuilding: each session includes a community case study on local work in areas such as homelessness, food and health access, racial equity, education and entrepreneurship.
- Community ProblemSolving: participants will study and practice collaborative leadership skills essential for community problemsolving, such as equitable collaboration, consensus building, community engagement, group facilitation and asset based community development.
