STBIC is a technology‑focused business incubator that provides a nurturing environment for early‑stage tech companies, offering access to office facilities, business support services, training, workshops, and mentorship to help entrepreneurs grow and commercialize their ventures. It’s a joint initiative of Seminole County, Seminole County Port Authority, and Seminole State College and is part of larger incubation networks.
