Community UP! is an 8-week entrepreneurship program offered through True Access Capital that fosters business development in underserved communities. Meeting weekly, participants learn fundamental planning concepts and tools to start and run a successful small business, with a focus on revitalizing neighborhoods through entrepreneurship.

The H.E.R. Business Plan Competition, organized by the Women's Business Center at True Access Capital, is an annual competition for women entrepreneurs in Delaware. One winner receives $10,000 and two runners-up receive $5,000 each. Open to women 18+ with Delaware-licensed for-profit businesses operating for at least one year.

Recipe for Success is a four-session program through True Access Capital's Women's Business Center designed for aspiring food service entrepreneurs. Sessions cover licensing requirements, cost control, customer service, and foundational business management for opening and running a successful food business.

The Women's Business Center (WBC) at True Access Capital provides intensive, outcome-oriented business training and one-on-one counseling primarily to women entrepreneurs. Services include business planning, financing, social media, marketing analysis, and mentorship from successful women business owners. In 2022, the WBC counseled 320 businesses and hosted 87 training events reaching 1,101 participants.
